Ground fault circuit breakers and interrupter receptacles.

Ground fault circuit breakers and interrupter receptacles need monthly testing? Just read that on a GFCI outlet in my kitchen. So am I 'suppose' to go around at the beginning of each month and check all ground fault circuit breakers and ground fault circuit interrupter receptacles? What moving parts get warned out?

I just went to read what you were talking about. Yeah my ground fault circuit interrupter receptacles have a message on them to test monthly. Being accident prone, I guess I'll have to work that into some type of routine for me. Thank you for saving my life.
